Why Men’s Ministry?
The Men’s ministry is an integral part of the Church. Men are taught to be leaders in the family, the church, the community and the nations.
PURPOSE:
preparing Godly men to reach the world:
- Role models – good husbands, effective fathers
- Men of honour and integrity
- Disciples – submitting themselves to leadership
- Men of prayer and students of the Word
- Missionary minded—giving of themselves and resources for the Gospel
ACTIVITIES:
Meetings held on the third Saturday of every month:
- The man as a leader
- The call of God
- Building Godly relationships
- Male Issues
Marriage Enhancement Retreat annually on Memorial Day weekend
Men’s Prayer and Praise Convention
Men’s Camp/Camp-in
Evangelism and Soul Winning
Summer exercise and sports activities
Social and games nights
Partnership Activities—linking with other Men’s Ministries
